We’d happily trade in all our cheap buy and try diaper bags for one bag that answers all our needs. Catharine SoYoung Choi felt the same while rummaging through her bottomless pit of a bag, looking for keys or a pacifier while her baby screamed. Her frustration lead to the birth of the SoYoung Mother diaper bag ($150), the most user-friendly diaper bag weve ever tried. (Trust us, we have a closet full of "pretty good" totes.)
Designed with a shallow bottom, clear vinyl and elasticized mesh pockets keep our accoutrements readily accessible. Beverages and snacks maintain their intended temperatures thanks to an insulated bag. The outer compartment (with handy key fob) and side cell phone pocket keep Mommy’s things free of granola crumbs.
We especially love the Velcro flap on the back that holds blankets, carriers or our yoga mat. With three carrying options (handles, shoulder strap, stroller straps) and a very grown-up look, we’re using it on diaper free days to take our laptop to the office.
And in case all these features are too much for your baby-fuzzed brain, all bags come with a handy user guide. (With pictures!) Now that’s precious.
